terms of service

- You must be 18 or older to commission me. I am not responsible for individuals who provide false information about their age. By ordering artwork from me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service.- I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any stage and issue a refund. Additionally, I have the discretion to decline any service request.

Payment:All payments will be processed through Boosty and Hipolink.

If you have any problems with payment, check out this page.It's not my responsibility if you hired me without confirming whether Boosty works for you. You need to ensure that you can make payments through it or have an alternative payment method available.I exclusively operate on full prepayment.

Miscellaneous:- Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the character's design/anatomy.
- All revisions must be made during the sketch stage (except for color).
- Changes after the artwork is finished cost $10 each, unless it's my mistake.
- Please review my portfolio before commissioning.
- Visual references are required! I don't accept written descriptions, except for small details.
- Extra detail shots or close-ups will be charged additionally, so plan accordingly.

What I'm not willing to draw:
- machines/vehicles/mechas
- extreme/illegal kinks (babyfurs, scat, etc)
- Overcomplicated backgrounds and architecture
- Diaper/Baby
- Underage characters in NSFW works or in any sexual context

1. The artist retains the right to use all created artwork in the following ways:
-Display in a public gallery;
-Feature in the artist’s portfolio.2. The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request without providing a reason.3. The artist may use real-life photographs as reference material for the artwork.4. The artist will not reproduce or recreate any image, artwork, or character without the express consent of its rightful owner.5. The client must provide as much detail as possible when describing their commission request.6. If the commission has a specific deadline, this must be communicated before the work begins, and an additional fee of 50% will apply. If no deadline is set, the artist will work at their own pace.7. If the client requests that the commission remains private, it will not be shared publicly until permission is granted, but an additional fee of 100% will apply.8. The client may not modify, edit, or trace the commissioned artwork without the artist’s written permission.9. Under no circumstances may the client submit the commissioned artwork to any online or offline contest.10. If the commission is intended for commercial use, the artist must be informed before work begins. Commercial use terms will be negotiated separately.Additional Notes:Please review the artist’s gallery before requesting a commission to ensure you are familiar with the style and work.
Visual references are required for commissions. Written descriptions may only be accepted for small details, provided there is also a visual reference.
Additional fees will apply for extra details such as close-up shots, so please consider your requirements carefully before reaching out.
